Success Has No Work Hours

We want you to comprehend the value of not thinking in term of time, but in terms of getting things done. Most people probably already know this. But, it does not make it less valuable, does it? Who cares that these two blogs took more than 5 hours to compose? If you care, please leave us a comment and kindly inform us about it. It takes that long because we carefully think about the topic, and this topic is very popular. But, the content are completely different. There is a difference in knowing it, and asking if there is no work hours, then what does it have? It has objectives. Don’t consider how long it takes to do the objectives. But make sure that the sub-objectives are linked to the business’ main objectives.

What we do, and how we do what we do differentiates us from one another. If it takes a professor 20 minutes to compose something, and it takes you an hour to do the same thing, does it matter to you? I hope to GOD it does not! Never care how long it takes you to do something, but the productivity of the things you do. DON’T CARE HOW LONG IT TAKES SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE THING YOU DO! Only focus on the things you do, and how you get these things done. If you belief that something should take about 30 minutes (this is theory), while in reality, it takes you an hour and half for you to get the thing done (this is practice), and you are confidence that it was done right, then you have succeeded.

Let’s look at this from a specific perspective, like how you might spend your day. When you wake up, you eat breakfast, shower, get ready and take the children to school, then you go to work, do your job, pick up the children, and then you go home, and do other things. Everything you do within the day are directed towards how you would be spending the day for you to get everything in order. Let’s say, you estimated that from waking up to leaving the house should take an hour and half, but when you start striving towards getting things in order, it takes longer than estimated. Something could go wrong, like not being able to find something, and your estimated strategies would be facing a little challenge, then you might compromise to drive the day towards a desired direction.  Let’s approach something more complex.

Do you have a driver license? How many times did you do the driving test or driving theory test? Some people might get the whole thing right the first time, while others do it more than once. Regardless if you do these once or more, you still get the same driving license, or did you get a different one? But, the time it took is different. It does not matter how long it takes. You get a fantastic feeling when it is done right, because then you’d feel like a winner. How long it takes you to do something is irrelevant, the main point is that you don’t just get it done, but you also get it done right.

Focus on succeeding with your objective, and neglect how long it takes!
