Reinforcement through Innovation

People mostly get bored when doing the same thing over and over again. When in business, and we feels like we are standing still, it becomes close to impossible to keep going. This boost an inevitable boredom. It is what makes it important to reinforce ourselves. For us to do that, we need to reinforce our motivation. +I’m sorry, but I don’t have motivation to give you. However, I do know that you’d have it within you. For example, when you seek internal reinforcement, you might be motivated through what drove you this far! I have found motivations behind more odd places than expected – driving power.

In the beginning, it’s almost impossible to count all challenges. Biggest and most innovative companies face those kind of challenges. This is why they consistently experiment with small resources, and maximize their reach, because they know that little money goes a long way. The only difference is that they’d know more and have more resources than you do! Imagine how many newspapers, magazine, websites etcetera would report the news when a globally respected company says it is releasing a new product.

In my book, that does not cost them anything. The best part is many people can’t wait to use that new product. You can only progress, when you are getting things done. Everything is woven in excitement and experiences. It is one of the source of motivation. And if it is money, we will realize that we are wrong! Even when all we want is money, there’s still hidden truth behind that monetary desire. Money is a tool that simplify business, life and resources. Why should I give you my hard-earned money? For example, what would you do with the money?

Reinforcing motivation has to do with understanding what drives you. However, when our driven-power completely fade-out, we’ve lost everything. When you can’t see it, you will give up! No matter how strong it felt in the beginning. The only thing that brings it back is a brand new perspective. It blows a new life into it.  A new life is what you need to reinforce your motivation. Do you know what you actually need? Innovation is the perfect tool for reinforcing yourself.

It is an innovative development, because it makes you think of new ways to do what you are currently doing. This is about thinking of new ways to produce and improve your current position. When you keep seeing a slight weakness in your motivation, just turn on your innovative perspectives to boost your current motivational quo.
